Hol Chan Marine Reserve
The Hol Chan marine reserve near Ambergis Caye and Caye Caulker is Belize's first marine protected area, established in 1987. Known for its diverse marine ecosystems, it features coral reefs, seagrass beds, mangroves, and the famous Shark Ray Alley, where visitors can snorkel with nurse sharks and stingrays. Hol Chan, meaning "Little Channel" in Maya, offers incredible opportunities to explore vibrant underwater life while promoting marine conservation and sustainable tourism.

Caye Caulker South Channel
